I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my daughter. Nicole called to say that they didn't have all the flowers in that particular arrangement, but she would create another one. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you, Nicole!

Excellent service, esp. on very short notice, even though I ordered online instead of by phone, as website suggested. Called next morning to confirm order was accepted -- the fruit basket I ordered on was already on the truck and out for delivery!!
